Appointment Cancellation by Hospital

If the hospital cancels an appointment due to doctor unavailability or emergencies, patients will receive a full refund or rescheduled appointment.

Patient Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before appointment – Full refund

• Less than 24 hours before appointment – Refund may not apply

No Show Policy

If a patient does not attend the appointment without notice, the payment may not be refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on the payment provider.
